NOTIFICATION OF THE 2010 ANNUAL AGM
I am formally writing to notify you that the 8th AGM of the EFN will be held as follows:
Date: Saturday 27th November 2010
Time: 1230 – 1730 pm.
Venue: Department of Civil & Environmental Engineering, Skempton Building, Imperial College London, SW7 2BU
Please note that amongst other things on the agenda is the elections to the 2011 Executive Committee. The following positions are thus duly declared open for nominations and elections:
- Vice President
- Secretary General
- Financial Secretary
- Communication Secretary
- Membership Secretary
- Secretary for Special Duties
Find enclosed a nomination form for your attention. I also ask that you read the accompanying guidance notes on a separate sheet before filling and returning the nomination form to our administrator at secretariat@efn.org.uk or by fax to +1 914 992 7773.
Please note that a flyer with the full agenda for the AGM will be sent at a later date.
